Domingo “Doms” Mission Villato is a Filipino entrepreneur and business leader in the beauty and skincare industry. His journey began with humble beginnings as a working student, where he worked as a student assistant in his aunt’s bakery while studying.
He later entered the retail industry, starting as a salesman and eventually rising to the position of Operations Manager. Through years of hard work, perseverance, and dedication, he built a career in business and leadership.
Today, Domingo serves as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) and Co-Owner of Beauté Glow Cosmetics. His achievements and leadership have been recognized through several awards, including the ASEAN Excellence Achiever Award, Philippine Choice Award, and Global Excellence Leadership Award.
His story is a testament to perseverance, resilience, and the belief that success is not only about achievement, but also about inspiring and creating opportunities for others.
