How to Use Your Digital Profile

A complete, start-to-finish walkthrough - from your first tap or scan, to a fully branded, shareable profile.

1

Scan or open your claim link

If you have a physical NFC card or sticker, tap it with your phone (no app needed - works on iPhone and Android) or scan its QR code. Either way, you land on a claim page tied to that specific code. No physical card yet? A Digital Only plan still gives you a claim link by email the same way.

2

Register - or link it to an account you already have

First time here: fill in your email and choose a password to create your account, which gets tied directly to that code. Already have an account and just adding another card? Log in first, then open the same claim link - you will get a simple "link this to my account" confirmation instead of a second registration form.

3

Fill in your information

In your Dashboard, open the "Profile Info" tab: your name, job title, company, bio, phone, email, and address. Everything updates live in the preview panel next to it as you type, so you can see exactly how it will look before saving.

4

Choose a theme

Open the "Theme" tab to browse every available design. Click "Preview" on any of them to see it rendered instantly in the live preview - nothing changes on your real, public profile until you actually click "Use This Theme".

5

Customize your branding

The "Branding" tab lets you override your chosen theme's default colors (primary, text, background, buttons, icons, borders) and font to match your own personal or company look. One click resets everything back to the theme's original defaults if you want to start over.

6

Upload your profile photo and cover photo

Still in "Branding," use the Avatar and Cover Photo upload boxes. Both open a simple crop tool first, so you can frame the image exactly how you want before it saves - nothing gets applied uncropped.

7

Add your social media links

Open the "Social Links" tab and add Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, or whichever platforms are relevant to you. Each one shows as a tappable icon on your public profile - visitors do not need to already know your handle to find you.

8

Add photos or videos to your gallery

The "Media Gallery" tab lets you showcase your work: upload images directly, upload a video file, or simply paste a YouTube or Vimeo link instead of uploading anything - a thumbnail is generated automatically either way.

9

Download and share your QR code

From your Dashboard, click "Download Your QR Code" to open the QR designer. Pick a shape, preview it live, and download - generated right in your browser, nothing uploaded anywhere. If you have set a username, you will also be asked to choose between your permanent link (keeps working forever, even if you change your username later) or your username link (nicer-looking, but breaks if you change your username afterward).

10

Add it to your home screen (optional)

Your Dashboard has an "Add to Home Screen" card that turns the site into an app-like icon - opens full-screen, no browser bar, and long-pressing the icon gives you quick shortcuts straight to sharing your profile or downloading your QR code. On Android, tap the button there directly. On iPhone, Apple requires doing this manually: tap the Share button in Safari, then choose "Add to Home Screen".

11

Go public, and share your link

Back in "Profile Info," make sure "Make my profile publicly visible" is turned on. Your exact public link (yoursite.com/yourusername, or a shorter /u/CODE link if you have not claimed a username) sits right at the top of your Dashboard - put it in an email signature, a social bio, or anywhere else you want people to reach you with one tap.
