How to install and use the ECARDHUB app

Here's how to install and use the ECARDHUB app. First, open your dashboard in your phone's browser. Safari on iPhone, or Chrome on Android. On iPhone, tap Share, then Add to Home Screen. On Android, just tap Install. Tap Add. It's free, and there's nothing to download from an app store.

Now find the ECARDHUB icon on your home screen, and tap it. It opens full-screen, like an app, and you're already logged in. Pull down anytime to refresh.

For faster logins, set a quick PIN in your account settings. Done! Next time, just enter your PIN. Your email and password still work too.

Now, let's share your profile. Open your live profile. Tap the plus button. Every way to share is right here. Tap QR code, and let them scan it with their camera. No app needed. Tap Share profile, to send your link on Messenger, Viber, text, or email. No signal? Show your offline QR. It saves your contact straight to their phone, even without internet.

1:15 Shortcuts, lock screen & contacts

Here's a shortcut. Press and hold the app icon, to jump straight to sharing your profile, or your QR code. You can also put your QR code on your lock screen, or your smartwatch. And in My contacts, you'll see everyone who shared their contact with you.

1:31 Emergency profiles in the app
