How to set up your digital profile

Here's how to set up your ECARDHUB digital profile, step by step.

Open ecardhub.link on your phone. Tap Create Your Profile - it's free to start. Pick a link name; this becomes your own web address. Enter your email, and choose a password. Tick the box to agree to the terms, then tap Create My Profile. Almost done! We've sent a confirmation link to your email.

0:28 Claim your card or sticker

Got an ECARDHUB card or sticker? Just tap it on your phone, or scan its QR code. Enter your name, email, and a password. Then tap Activate My Profile.

0:45 Confirm your email

Next, check your email. Open the email from ECARDHUB. Tap Confirm My Email - can't find it? Check your spam folder. Your email is confirmed! Tap Go to My Profile.

0:58 Your dashboard

Read the terms, tick the box, and tap Accept and continue. Welcome to your dashboard! A quick tour can show you around, or you can skip it. This is your link and QR code. Use the tabs at the bottom to edit your profile.

1:15 Add your profile info

Tap Info to add your details. Add your job title, and your company. Write a short bio about what you do. Add your phone, email, and website, so people can reach you in one tap. Now tap Preview - you'll see your changes live, even before you save. Tap Edit to come back. Then tap Save Profile.

Next, open About and What You Offer. Tap Add Item for each service - you can add a price and a link too. Then pick how this section looks. Tap Preview to see it: here are your services as tiles. Save your profile again.

2:14 Photo and cover image

Now, tap Branding. Add your profile photo, and adjust the crop. Add a cover image for the top of your profile. Preview your new photo. Happy with it? Tap Edit. And save again.

2:33 Choose a theme

Tap Theme, and browse the designs - each one shows your own details. Found one you like? Tap Use This Theme. Preview it, to see your new look.

2:49 Add your social links

Next, tap Social, then Add a link. Choose Facebook, and paste your link. Add Instagram the same way. Now choose how your links look: a grid, three per row; two per row, with bigger buttons; or one per line, with the name beside each icon. Pick your favorite, and tap Save Profile.

3:26 Add photos to your gallery

Tap Media to show off your work. Pick a few photos at once - they're all added together. Then choose a gallery style. List shows one big photo per row. Grid gives you neat, even squares. And masonry packs them together, like a mood board.

And here's your live profile. This is what people see when they tap your card. Your links, services, and gallery, all in one place. Visitors can even save your contact with one tap.
